solar oven would be great to bake these

that would then mean that no government in the world is legitimate. Maybe we should invalidate all laws/regs passed during Obama's presidency, since he has fundamentally reneged on the promises he made in his campaign?

ivanca - let those of you without sin cast the first stone. I'm sure if you name a group you're a member of we can find something less than savory about it.

Currently wrong-doing? No sir, I try to not affiliate myself with wrong-doers.

You should consider getting in touch with SpaceX and sign up for a one-person, one-way trip to Mars. Disassociation with all potential wrong-doers guaranteed.

Let's take a look at that:

Quick, tell me which ISP provides fiber to the home with unlimited bandwidth? Only 1, so far, and only in limited areas. If it was ONLY our judgement that determined the quality, then I would be all for it. Unfortunately, there's sometimes a race to the bottom. Regulations help, to a certain extent, to control that. I know I wouldn't want open heart surgery provided by the lowest bidder.

Gates is towing the party line, he just wants to keep status quo. All the companies suing the government are doing it for the theatre "oh please Mr Government, you REALLY REALLY shouldn't take this data and use it", meanwhile they're salivating at the thought of actually collecting this for the government and tying it up with a nice neat bow.

What civil disobedience could Snowden have done? Nothing that would have caused a discussion of this magnitude. And even with all that he's revealed, the government is still going on with business as usual. There will be no substantive change. It's really disgusting how few people care about this - "if you're doing nothing wrong then you have nothing to hide" - if I hear this one more time I'm going to puke on someone's shoes.

To summarize: Gates is a government suckup and Snowden IS a hero.

I had to wait until my 40's to gain weight. In HS I weighed 125lbs (at 6'1"). Boot camp (PI) put on 17lbs in 3 months through a combination of a sadistic DI and good food. I stayed at 142 until... I don't know when. Now, in my late 40's, I weigh 220lbs. I'm lifting weights (StrongLifts) and trying to get rid of my spare tire.

I should have mentioned that it's eating at a surplus + lifting weights trying to gain muscle weight :) I think it takes as much discipline as trying to lose fat. I lost 10kgs in 2 months by just not eating enough after having my appendix removed in November 2013. A natural skinny person has as much difficulty maintaining weight as someone trying to keep fat off. It's a full time job.

And then there's Common Core, which seems to teach children insanity.

I thought some if not most of CC in regards to Math was to follow the Singapore model? Is there something inherently wrong with that approach?
