I would like to have multiple desktops like MacOS but windows has snaps which MacOS doesn't has.

While I like my awesome more on a laptop, every is can be configured one way or the other to feel similar across OSes.

Windows does have multiple desktops. Win+Tab to add and move between them.

In case you are unaware, there are multiple snapping utilities for macOS.

I use BetterTouchTool, but there are many tools that accomplish the same thing as far as window snapping is concerned.

Yes and everyone is doing it and everyone who is doi.g it is earning 10k more or perhaps even 50k and more just because they do that.

They are not better at the job than you are (at least this alone is not an indication) but they still get hired over the other group of people.

So I do prepare for my interviews. I'm increasing my chances.

And btw I learn things when preparing for an interview so while I don't like it, I still learn.

Well, I'm constantly learning whether or not I'm looking for a job.

But when they want to see I can write a handful of algorithms blind, I'm learning as well just something else than usual.
