Regarding the impracticality of eating blended foods on the go: Portable and rechargeable blenders exists, and I've used them successfully.
They are smaller than what I need ("The Ultimate Food"), so I divide the ingredients in half and use two of them (so I take two blenders with me pre-loaded with the ingredients). This also helps just in case the battery of one runs out (a fully charged one is theoretically good for > 10 uses). I add the water only right before blending, and they can be cleaned up pretty easily after use by blending water only (which I drink).
I've tried several models, and ended up with this one:
This is a study where the majority of authors "have previously received funding from the Beef Checkoff, through the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association."
I have way more trust in nutritionfacts.org, which says the opposite:
"Studies on the emotional health and mood states of those eating plant-based diets suggest that eating less meat may not only be good for us physically, but good for us emotionally too."
Roughly speaking, 100 extra calories a day means 1 added pound of fat per month.
