The email automation era is becoming very easy to spot, and it’s happening everywhere. Multiple emails like this land in our inboxes on a daily basis. This robotic tactic may even begin to harm a brand’s reputation.
Sales people will go back to being people and will personalize an email or pick up the damn phone. The excitement of automation in the digital era will also make people realize that they like to talk to people"
People I have contacted (unless they are a professional photographer) have been excited that I wanted to use their photo or sound clips. Makes their day, makes my day :)
I've noticed most large scale businesses want to white label our product. It's an easy in for them from a bureaucratic stand point. In return, as the owner of a product, it dilutes our branding efforts. I'd say go all in one way or the other. Both paths make for a different business model. White labeling sets you up for big accounts with heavy pricing and you'll be doing sales. Not white labeling sets up for mass marketing with volume scaled pricing, brand and reputation matter more here.
