Reservoirs are but one source of California's water. Groundwater is another. Whether recent rain has had time to percolate and recharge aquifers instead of running off remains to be seen.
Since Mythbusters proved that finding a needle in a haystack isn't that difficult, I propose that the term be changed to "finding a needle in the ionosphere." [Not applicable to orbital debris trackers...]
I see you're not familiar with Federal Code Title 49 Subtitle B Chapter V Part 571. In layman's terms that's Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards which regulate among other vehicle specifications the type, location, and angle of projection of headlamps, taillights, and especially High Mounted Stop Lights (the center brake lights on vehicles).
Personally I hope Ive models it after the Jaguar E-Type, making it beautiful within the bounds of federal restrictions and regulations, of course.
I agree wholeheartedly. It seems this device just creates more points of failure (e.g. lost/dead phone, urinary tract infections, interference, etc.) for a little convenience.
Self-cathing isn't that difficult once you get the hang of it.
HR Haldeman wasn't incredibly angry. I knew him and his family. One anecdote is that around 1990 Nixon was in Santa Barbara. Bob knew when Dick's motorcade would be passing by and walked to the end of his driveway and waved to Nixon as he passed. Time heals most wounds.
Bob did the prison time and Jo started a career to support the family. I've read Jo's unpublished autobiography. The saga was difficult for them—especially Peter, the youngest son—but they paid their dues and moved on.
