Can't tell if satire or insane

"Yes, because “free” market deregulation has worked out so well for consumers over the last 30 years."

Yes?

Safe to assume you are actually shorting the market and not just mindlessly babbling about the impending explosion?

This is just begging the question. The "cooperative will of people" is nothing but a catchphrase invented to justify government power. You are just saying that a government owns whatever it claims, and then moralizing about "the town's well-being".

"I don't care about your ethical reasoning" is a good summary of your reply.

That's not "only right" at all. Why would "society" (AKA the government) deserve the excess value and not Disneyland, who DID do something to increase the value of the land?

Finally, someone with common sense. Nuclear is bad BECAUSE it produces lots of cheap energy. We DON'T WANT this. More energy = more capitalism = evil.

DEGROWTH NOW!

An overregulated market is experiencing centralization? Who could have predicted this? We need to pass 20 more regulations to fix it.

"because the profit is the service which is being provided" What does this mean? Are you saying healthcare has positive externalities and hence should be subsidised? I don't think this is true, since the positive externalities are dwarfed by the benefits the individual consumer gets.

Taking kickbacks and awarding no bid contracts is bad.

Not as bad as baking a cake!

To be fair maybe at sentencing they'll just give her probation, but it's still an absurd prosecution.

At most this should of been a civil penalty. At best the local city council could of given her advice on how to apply for a small business loan.

How is the Kolmogorov definition not arbitrary? It depends on an arbitrary selection of the language you use to write the program.
