I don't wholly agree with the contents of the essay, but that was so delightfully well written!

We have evolved to be social being. Being independent and content with yourself is a good thing, but total isolation can have disastrous effects on the human psyche (Look-up reports of POWs who were kept in isolation for extended periods of time).

Prisoners are not in isolation by choice. It's uncommon, quite rare even, but I don't think you can deny that there are a few people who find happiness in solitude.

I did this a while ago to create an infinite music machine. The chains are just based off of one particular song (Bicycle built for two, which also happens to be the song the IBM 704 sang back in the day) but could be made to work with these chords (The site appears down, so I can't access the content).

You can find the source code here : https://github.com/Feni/Infinite-Music-Machine

Did you do anything special to market it? (The site looks great, by the way)

Not really, the past few days, I've tried a few things. Wanted to see whether any ads (Google or Facebook) would allow me to calculate a solid sign-up / purchase ratio. But neither helped promoting the site at a sustainable/affordable rate, I stopped both since more people arrived at the site through pure searching on Google, friends of friends or reading about it on Twitter or a blog.

Also, I used Bootstrap as the foundation, it just helps a lot with getting things off the ground for weekend projects.

I thought you'd done a good job on Fruiji - I like the YAS factor.

Are you TwentyPeople? It give the impression you have a bunch of staff, but in fact it's just one person?

A (moleskine) notebook is great for this. And so is a folder on google docs (or an encrypted true-crypt vault if you're paranoid).
