In my opinion, write code by yourself when you’re learning and just throw that LLM. Use LLM where you stuck, otherwise don’t. And if you’re building something real world product, you can, or you must use LLM, for either assisting you throughout the project or help you to increase your speed.

Germany has not issued a total nation ban on windows. Some states may have issues.

There’s no official information about that. Schleswig Holstein is the only state that has committed to switch all of its government computers to Linux and open-source tools rather than windows. Some states, such as Mecklenburg Vorpommern and Bavaria are turning to open-source tools or canceling some contracts, but 15 other federal states have not yet imposed a total ban.

It’s really a great place to cure boredom

I don’t think so, even I review my code using ai(Claude or codex). A human can review a code if it is minimum of 200 lines or maximum 1000 lines of code, I think. Bet it is so time consuming. I prefer using Claude for this.
