My biggest issue powerlifting/weightlifting is the amount of time it takes. I've had to cut back for other things because it's hard to have the time to get 8+ hours of sleep.
I love lifting but I'm curious how it has affected you when starting company, something (from what I've read here) is notoriously time consuming.
Looking through the article, I found most of the changes to be superficial, other than 'actionsteps,' which I'm not convinced will solve any problem. Instead of trying to stop mail from becoming a separate to-do list, actionsteps encourages you to keep some to-dos in your mail client and the rest outside of your mail client in a third party app.
Also, I tried the social thing with emails, and what it looks great in theory. However, I really don't get a lot of emails from people I'm friends with on Facebook or follow on Twitter.
I got a watch for mainly aesthetic reasons, but as I wore it I became more generally aware of the time. I got used to checking my watch even when I have a cell phone on me, especially when talking to people. Having a watch on is a lot more functional than this article made it seem, though yeah, it still is mainly for looks.
Yes, I've found the same thing. Once you start wearing a watch, you start using it. I find having to get my phone out of my pocket and then waking it up a pain when my watch is right there.
