When that happens, you'll have fomo from not using opus 5.x. The numbers that they showed for Mythos show that the frontier is still steadily moving (and maybe even at a faster pace than before)
I would be surprised about that behavior even for 10% people doing real AI usable work. Very few people buy new motherboard or CPU or gfxcard every 3 months?
Even now just because the latest Anthropic is super great doesn't mean people are not using other models. Not everyone is subscribed to only the best.
I use antigravity now, I think they made it a little bit more stable, it crashes less often lately. Limits are quite high. Someone made a proxy tool to use your antigravity token allowance in claude-code, I haven't tried it but worth considering if you want cheaper option for claude-code.
Antigravity has per model limits, so you can start by using opus 4.6 then use opus 4.5 then use gemini-3-pro before you have to start paying additional tokens.
I guess the point of that would be to discourage average users from making AI slop? Can't imagine that this would stop bot farms from doing what they always done - hire people to perform these "humanity" checks once in a while when necessary.
