The youtube video is marked private?

vimeo and dailymotion to the rescue XD

Vihart's YouTube now has exactly one publicly visible video: https://www.youtube.com/@Vihart/videos , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hmKix-75dsg "On Gender" [2015-06-08]

This is a pretty old video, even the series linked to it underneath is now private. Strange.

My experience living on a Florida key gives me the intuition that that is false, unless by wrap you mean seal

I was unaware of how incredibly destructive the combination of daily, continuous, direct sunlight, humidity, and salt water was until my parents moved to Florida. It's really incredible. A few years and literally every material is mottled and crispy.

The entire state of Florida should be a nature preserve, maybe it already is.

The author's context is too narrow, NYC will definitely be a different place going on, but that has been true for centuries.

There's another site I won't visit again. (modal popup to subscribe before I can even see the page)

Lost me at the opening sentence:

> A business organization or enterprise always needs to adopt multi-directional approaches.

Reads like a marketing class assignment from junior high.

I ran two S-Corps for web hosting/design over a 12yr period (in MO and DE), mostly a one man operation with occasional outsourcing. I had the opinions of a couple of accountants and a lawyer and a short class from the local community college sponsored by the SBA before I got things rolling. Their are tax advantages, and you retain a bit of the "corporate veil", but I was fortunate enough never to get sued. Get good advice first.
