American military for decades have largely been mercs for hire especially for corps. Recruitments need to consider hiring using mercs incentives (similar to Wagner). Many veterans I talked to come to the conclusions they NEVER fight for the country and often joke they did it for the money and stability....so in a way they are no different than Wagner or any other mercs. They just have better boots and benefits and maybe safer (as long as not deployed to battlefield like Ukraine or Kandahar)...moral or nationalism...not much really.
People into EV dont read statistics. I their worldview everyone bought EVs. Everyone lives in Bay area and drives EVs without touching the steering wheel. Meanwhile thousands pay for 2nd or 3rd hand cheap ICE car. A lot of my friends were shock when they lookup how small EV sales is in the world market. Even in USA, EVs is around maybe at best 5%-10% sales. And that is NEW car sales (with government subsidies). You add in used market, that numbers drop less than 1%. Even even today, Tesla is not even world biggest EV makers.
That is your perspective driving like shit. A lot of people I know still uses the manual gearbox to give them the "car feel". Some dknt even want power steering because they like to wrestle with the car during turn.
