There is enough guaranteed storage underneath the seat that the lowest tier ticket guarantees, overhead sized luggage has become an extra fee for the last ~7 years.

The zip does nothing on the roundabout. bumper to bumper is very-rare, and it mostly happens momentarily due to pedestrian crossings placed directly after the entrance/exit of the roundabout.

What is actually super dangerous are the non-standard 2/3 lane roundabouts where the first lane gets "ejected" at the next/second exit forcibly, while the 2nd lane can either exit or continue on the roundabout, so many lorries in the 1st lane try to runover those in the 2nd lane trying to exit.

That data is only available in realtime reading, the only logging ECU's of that era did was fault logging.

My question would be what are the actual laws that the cheat makers have broken, at best they violated the ToS of the game. The arguement would be similar then with lockpicking tools if a company created a lockpick that was specifically designed to use against the locks that are manufactured by the by some specific brand.

It's my understanding that they're being charged with laws that are same as hacking a company server. I'm sure Chinese law works different than Westerners are used to.

In the UK, the computer misuse act is extremely broad and in theory covers a huge amount of stuff. I’m not familiar with the equivalent rules in china.

The enforcement is a joke, diesel cars pass without catalytic comverter without any problems. For diesels they measure only the "smoke"(dumingumas) level at high RPM, so cars that are constantly spewing black smoke still barely pass. The amount of Audi 80 is decreasing and being replaced by golf mk4 as "bottom" tier cars.

In eastern Europe(Baltics) it is still a thing because people just bring over Diesel from Belarus or Russia by cars with big fuel tanks and low fuel consumption, so they simply cross the border and at the first fuel stop brim the tanks and go back to europe, In Belarus it is especially easy as the fuel price is mandated by government and is equal across the whole country. And police sometimes checks the fuel tank for non taxed fuel, it is either Green(Agricultural, illegal for anything else), Normal taxed, and Russian(If you can prove that it was "imported" by you then its ok) non taxed.

In my european country we can use the Personal identity card with the use of a USB to ID card converter?, to log in to governmental resources. although people mostly use the SmartID because its on the phone and free, unlike the SIM card authentication which is a bit more cumbersome.

If i remember correctly BF4 follows the same logic of BF3, meaning that "Custom" servers are actually running only on hostings that EA has given license to, so at best the administrator has the ability to manage the players and not the game itself.

The only thing that may dissuade game creators from creating openly available dedicated server software is that they will need to let everyone access the list of servers(like Valve), so they would get traffic without any kind of ROI.

In lithuania(Europe) you can buy a sim card for 3 eur with some minutes and internet on it without needing to confirm your identity, the Sim card deactivates only if you havent topped it up in the last 2-3 months.
