The 'Apply for this job' button fails to send a request back to the server. I noticed you guys are using Bamboo Hr to process incoming applications, and I believe the bug resides inside Bamboo's JQuery, as two events listening to the button appear to be called by Bamboo Hr.
As '...jobs/view.php' plus the job id(which is 5 for this one) as a GET parameter is your websites way of exposing job applications, I took a guess that the button was meant to request '.../jobs/apply?id=5'. Loading that page in my browser was very promising as an application form was rendered!
As you can see, the styling is suspiciously bare-bone and there is no submit button.
Now I could try to craft a POST request by using the form field names and appending my information manually, and perhaps get lucky, but then I still wouldn't know for sure that my application reached anyone at your company.
So here I give up my quest to force my resume onto your server, and am making this account to make this request:

Has real professional experience implementing and especially running an ongoing
Agile-friendly QA process. This can’t be your first rodeo.
Lives within driving distance of Toronto or is at least willing to travel
to Toronto once a month for 2 days at a time (for in-person sprint meetings).
Has experience developing automated QA testing processes from scratch. Knowledge
of automated testing frameworks and tools is a major asset. You should be
comfortable with both manual and automated testing.
Enjoys working across teams, departments to get the best outcome, even when
the questions are outside of your comfort zone. No "that's not in my job
description" types. Our entire team contributes to every element of the
product development process.
Is capable of working independently. There will be no other dedicated QA people
at first, but you’ll get help from the team.
Has integrity, talent and a palpable excitement about the future. Shadiness,
mediocrity and pessimism/cynicism/excessive "constructive criticism" are out.
Is excited about the possibility of helping people with their health and
well-being, and long-term, piloting an entirely new form of education.

Specifically, we're looking for a Front-end design engineer. Someone with:
* both design and coding chops
* incredibly strong skills in HTML5, CSS and the related design tools (Creative Suite, etc.)
* some experience with JQuery and any of the MVC Javascript frameworks (optional, but a big plus. We're using Ember.js on our current project)
* the ability to turn UI sketches and mockups into beautiful, working HTML / CSS / JS prototypes
* the ability to turn those prototypes into clean, elegant, production-ready code
* a passion for learning, a penchant for listening, and a good attitude to tie it all together
