Funny, I read the name immediately as "messy fjord" (to make a mess is "å grise" in Norwegian).

I read it as "Pig fjord" or "Pig Bay", but that is in Cuba.

Edit: ah, I see from a sibling comment that is indeed from Norwegian. I guess I got confused about the fiord thing and though it was a local name at first!
