Most seeds dont taste good unless they are processed right?

Well, its meant as an exam for foreign students whose first language is not English. Its important to understand that they probably write much better in their first language.

I wonder why there is a need for a nice display on the outside at all. maybe a small display showing notifications or something should be enough. Then the developers can only focus on the inside display.

If only tech companies focused on developers above all of their other stakeholders, then they could make tens or even hundreds of dollars in profit every year!

There are different ways of using AI. Experienced software developers can easily still test their "vibe coded" app for most common bugs.

Usually it starts like this.

The problem with that is that it implicitly assumes things will progress in the way we're used to.

AI written software doing the exact thing it was supposed to but breaking apart on any further improvements or changes matches what I've seen from AI generated output. The code is often bloated and fragile.

Maybe in 2 years the only jobs devs can get anymore is working for Frontier Labs to build training data / RL environments to improve performance on this task. Who knows? In the limit it seems like a solvable problem...

Most actual software written using "Agile" methods is also supposed to be fragile (unless an actual good engineer is steering it)

Thankfully, My parents who were both teachers specifically told my teachers not to hurt me physically and my teachers actually listensed to them.

There should be tools to intelligently route the signals

From what I hear from PCB designers is that only hand layed out PCB can be good.

But IVC had already crashed some 600 years before the bronze age collapse and the populations had migrated to other regions.

Ehh, the internet was worse before Google. Google actually became popular for having a nice blank page with only the search bar. Even the ads they had later were much cleaner compared to yahoo, altavista, lycos, aol and other firms of that time.

Yeah, look at AskHistorians. Its still pretty awesome.

Every interesting question just shows a bunch of deleted comments, so I stopped looking at it a while ago.

There is another sub which tracks answered questions. Its a side effect when focussing on quality.

Not really, if you want to ask a question. 9/10 times it gets locked for breaking some obscure rule. If anyone answers, that answer is just deleted immediately as well.

This type of subreddit specifically is almost entirely useless since the advent of AI.

It depends. I have compard some answers with my discussions with different llms and i still find the answers in the sub qualitatively better.
