Here's a primer for those of us who don't write as much code and instead spend our time in Notion, Google Docs, spreadsheets, Zoom calls, and slide decks. I've got a followup post coming soon about performance management (both high and low performers), but you're absolutely right, hiring and firing is such a critical part of management that also (usually) doesn't come with any training whatsoever.
