As I said the other day, unfortunately, the only way to get an old language is to start with a new one, and then let time pass.
You're not _wrong_, exactly, but with this logic, no new programming languages should ever be made. There are certainly valuable things about using a truly mature ecosystem, but we also need to build better mature ecosystems.
