From what I understand it is about 20-30% of the customers who are the meddlers.
Meddling means being unreasonable about specific features(I want a bathroom here! where it is a really bad idea because of a multitude of reasons) in a building/house.
The problem for architects without FU money is that they have to be very tactful about handling these needy customers.
