Ethereum, Monero, and even Ethereum-Classic (difficulty/arbitrage/exchange rate permitting) are all good GPU candidates -
SHA-256d (Bitcoin) and Scrypt (Litecoin) have ASICs, X11 (Dash - formerly Darkcoin) has FPGAs.
