Hopefully this is the correct math for their example 1:

(1 * 2 * 0.00021167 * (600/60) * 30) + (1 * 1 * 0.00084333 * (600/60) * 30) = 0.380001

Because that's much better than the original:

(1 * 2 * 0.00021167 * (600) * 30) + (1 * 1 * 0.00084333 * (600) * 30) = 22.80006
