Yep that's one of my best "Italian sentence construction translated in English" piece... Sorry, it often comes out like that when I write impulsively.

It reminded me of your article [1] (English has been my pain for 15 years). As a non-English speaker, sometimes I wonder if my readers (& clients) do not understand the context or my English.
