I’m happy to be downvoted to hell, but I know people who would have benefit greatly from this (perhaps have entirely different lives) if it were implemented 10 years ago. Convince me that a strong step to ending CSA at the expense of a little privacy is a bad thing.

I seriously doubt the majority of cases are recorded and uploaded to the internet.
