I agree.

Though the customer may be afraid that the developer can just start piling hours without real productive work. Still, I think the customer has the possibility of asking for a replacement of the consultants if he does not see good results. Later on in the project may be harder but still possible.



I think their answer to that was the short development cycles. If they're not the team you want, you'll see that in two weeks instead of 6 months.


That's assuming the client can tell the difference. Most non-technical clients won't have a clue how long something should take.
