Hard to answer but: 1. know the design better then anyone else. 2. Be ready with any question that may come up. 3. Know what your guys do at any time. 4. Plan a good gantt. 5. Be a friend with your team until it comes to work decisions. 6. Backup your team against anyone outside the team.
