Break even if you don’t count the fines. And employment lawsuits. And unpaid rent. And the rapidly diminishing user base. And the flight of advertisers.

It’ll be truly break even at zero. Getting to zero will be a challenge though. I think a lot of those things will follow the company through bankruptcy.
