I've been using Firefox Nightly as my primary web browser at work for many years and have never encountered a problem except it annoys me with updating too often. I can see no difference from regular Firefox except Nightly supports more things.
Those nags can be moderated or turned off by about:config flags or policy.json lines, I forget which at the moment. They used to drive me insane as well.
