I dont know who this forida man is but he is not an elite not a celebrity and there are very different interpretations of the law for satire and identity related to the common person that for an elite.
In my opinion, it is clearly him and they could easily have obtained his consent.
Now to take the position that he should be thankful for the theft is beyond hypocritical.
Will rockstar thank people for the notoriety boost when they have thier property stolen?
