I don't send stuff but when I'm ordering something by courier I try my hardest to shop at websites that ship with DPD. You get a text message before they arrive and never had a delivery fall outside the one (or two) hour window they give and their customer service people are not morons

nooooooooooo dont try DPD. look at trust pilot first. average score 2 out of 10 from 880 posts. they are truly awful
