A probabilistic solution to the three-body problem (2021) (technion.ac.il)

So far only just complaints about the title, and yet I want to contribute my own.

The link says “probabilistic solution” but the paper states an “approximate solution”.

Sure the approximate solution uses probability theory but it is possible for some problems to use probability theory to find exact solutions so it would seem just calling it a probabilistic solution is misleading in its ambiguity.

Probably should have the date of (2001) on it.

I assume that is a typo. The paper and the article are both from 2021.

But also, did the planets stop orbiting since? Did someone turn of gravity? What changed since then which makes the date of it so important?

Did you mean 2021?
