no, a slot has only 1 IMEI. Even with actual e-sim you can only activate 1 at a time even though you can have more than one.

The IMEI is no longer specific to a given slot on modern phones. I have dual eSIMs on my iPhone; I believe it’s the same for newer Pixels.
