Sounds more like a subset of a peculiar typology of founders don't like a state acting like a state (balancing interests for its own people, including minority shareholders, employees and public interest) rather than in their only interest.
This says “creative writing in laws” but in fact every breakdown of the judges decision to rescind Elon Musk’s pay was dramatically sort of uncreative, in fact it seemed that what Musk really wanted was a more spirit of the law interpretation than a letter of the law interpretation, what he wanted was an activist judge who would take his side rather than a strict interpretation of the law.
Is that wrong? None of the attacks on the judges decision I’ve seen have really gone into the merits.
