Hello,

In my youtube feed I am seeing a lot of build in public videos where developers are recording their progress each day and posting their updates on YouTube.

So, i would like to know if ‘build in public’ really helps?



Depends on what kind of help you expect. IMO it's more about building a following and setting up distribution for your products among BIP/indiehacker community, both are helpful.


Starting a Youtube channel is free, OBS is free, and odds are you already have a computer.

Try it and see if it works for you.
