I thought that sounded suspiciously high for walking a perimeter. A quick search reveals that the average salary in the NE for 'security guards' - as of March 2026 - for most full-time positions paying between $32,500 and $39,600 annually.


Remember when they said data centers would still have security jobs?

Glad to see Black Mirror coming true with such speed and accuracy.
