Whether I’m right or wrong about how it does doesn’t indicate whether this can be compared to an iPhone. That’s a bizarre comparison. The steam machine, even if it’s very successful, will sell at most a few million units. And that is truly a big “if.” The iPhone sold almost 40mill units in its first 3 years and its value was reality apparent to basically anyone. These aren’t remotely comparable products.
