I'm not sure if the person you replied to edited their comment, but right now, yours looks totally out-of-line and ranting about nothing they brought up.
They didn’t edit it. This part is what I’m referencing and read as an obvious reference to circumcision:

What other surgery is commonly performed sans anesthesia on newborns and also generates as they so eloquently put it -a wound that marinates in filthy diapers-?
