meta-analysis controlled trials in humans for evidence of efficacy. Of 105 trials with interpretable
results there was a positive trend regardless of trial quality or the variety of Homeopathy used; 81
indicated positive results, 24 showed no positive effects. Publication bias and low methodological
quality inhibit definite conclusions yet the evidence is positive. Over 50% of these reports were not
published in English.
