Demand is outpacing supply, so new supply is serving that unmet demand, not creating it.


This is Jevon's paradox - as you make the supply better and more efficient to use, people will demand more of it.


That assumes the market is saturated, and there's nothing you could do to convince a non-customer to become a customer.
