I have been working mostly remotely for about 14 years. In my experience, I am less productive working remotely than when I am working on site. I give a 40% discount when I am working remotely for this decrease in efficiency.

Do I like working remotely? Yes! I also really like being able to mostly work the hours I like, when it is most convenient for me.
