Depends on how you parse it. There should be nothing wrong with diversity, in and of itself. But yes, I'm aware of the emotional buttons that get pushed when that word is used. And even when you see a group that appears to lack diversity - i.e., same age/gender/color/size - there will be some diversity somewhere within the group. And nothing wrong with that, either.
