Cubehero(https://cubehero.com) had visual diffs a while back in a post (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=4393704). However, I've found that people outside of software think about version control a bit differently, and diffs are of a secondary concern. That said, I think it's important step, and the next one is to figure out how to do merges.
