This is very relatable. I find this to be a common problem among a huge number of people. Is there any way to come out of it?

For me personally, I see that people with mentors tend to do a lot better. Or at least a group of like minded people. Maybe there is something that can be built to help people like you or me?

Something to gets rid of the constant superiority complex of programmers and instead helps in passing knowledge down from expert to amateur.
