I'm not a lawyer, though, so I'm not even sure about that much, to say nothing of being able to predict the likely outcome of such a case in a given jurisdiction.

The point isn't even to win, it's to send a message.

Of course, if their parents are lawyers, or well-versed in law, this may not work. :)
