Meeting my goals - 60 to 90 minute work outs, increasing my reps and continuing to add more challenges to my routine. Wanting to lose body fat mass - another 10 kilograms and so far I've lost 5 kilograms in 9 weeks. At the same time looking to gain more muscle mass and generally tone.

I want to incorporate more yoga and meditation in my routine. Definitely mediation and mindfulness to help with my current mental health state.

I am also looking for good online communities, tracking apps etc.
