Quit, with no two week notice, but offered to transfer all my stuff before leaving. Did it in the middle of the day and it broke the contract I had signed with them. After I came back from lunch they took my laptop, made me sign some secondary contract with HR, then had two guys escort me from the property. It was kind of brutal. I suggest doing it closer to the end of the day or even have everything ready for just leaving afterwards.

It's actually pretty fine if its before the end of the three month period. At another job the contracting company just gave the other companies money back.
