It doesn't help that it's pretty long-winded to just make a simple point, taking it from just annoying to painful. I think I could fit the point into a tweet to be honest - 'What was your most interesting project?' is the best interview question.

And the fact that we're discussing it here in this thread makes your point stand - it detracts from the message trying to be conveyed.
