There were some (a rare few unfortunately) who would be thrilled to talk about the projects they had done professionaly and were really proud of. They would talk in great details about how perfectly designed their asset pipeline was, the paradigms they had put in place, etc. No matter what the project was, if they were excited to tell you about it, it was always a great sign.
