OSH Park (probably the most well-known such service) costs $10/square inch for a 4-layer board, for three copies of a board.

As a ballpark figure, this board should be no larger than 1/5 square inch, so that's $2, for three boards.

Agree on low volumes of the other components, although things like Seeed Studio's Open Parts Library (http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/OPLopen-parts-library-catal...) is pretty nice for the very basics.

Update: Didn't check if this board meets OSH Park's limitations.



In general you can't really do bga with osh park without fudging their specs significantly. Some have been able to do it but you tend to end up with peeling traces. Also, don't forget shipping on all the bits and pieces.
