Only because you or your work colleagues do not use Windows much, it does not mean majority of non-technical people do the same. Almost all non-technical people using Windows that I know would not take a step and move to Google docs etc mostly because they dont trust it, they do not know how it works and because it forces them to be connected to the internet to open up all the possibilities. There is a long way before Windows will fade away in Europe.
