We can reach those services fine from Vancouver however. The traffic out of San Jose to Google is all being routed to China first and we are dropping a lot of packets when trying to get to Google from there.

I'm having the same issue from Los Angeles to us-central.

I have friends in LA and New York all reporting access to Google going through China first and lots of packet loss.
